Record Breakers! – ages 4-10yrs, 10am-12noon
Ignite – ages 10-14yrs, 2pm-4pm 

Send us the form below and we will send you your ‘Speedy Boarding’ Pass for you to bring with you to the club, to speed up admin!
It is possible to add more than one child’s name on the form, or send us two forms.

Record Breakers!/Ignite Holiday Clubs: data protection

At registration we take the name, address, age and parent/ guardian mobile/tel and ‘other’ details so we can:

• Contact parents/guardian in the event of a problem
• Know who is at the holiday club so we can run the club safely and efficiently
• Tell the parent/guardian about future holiday clubs and similar activities
• We take some photos of the children to show the activities to parents at the Wednesday Family Fun event.
